Delete your Beadlight account
Beadlight users can request deletion of their app account and associated Beadlight data outside the app.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Beadlight account, email support@merciandigital.co.uk with the subject "Beadlight account deletion request".
Include the email address used for your Beadlight account and a clear request to delete your Beadlight account and associated data. If your current contact email is different from your Beadlight account email, include any details that help us identify the account.
What is deleted
We delete your Beadlight account and Beadlight-owned cloud data linked to that account, including account-linked prayer journey records where applicable.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, accounting, tax, legal obligations, or to keep a record of the deletion request. Anonymous or aggregate prayer analytics that are not linked to your account may not be identifiable for individual deletion.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel App Store subscriptions. Please manage active subscriptions through your App Store subscription settings.
Timing
We aim to review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days.
